2011 The front desk staff were extremely helpful and flexible in allowing us to check in early, and providing a shuttle service to collect us, and shopping, from a local store. They were also very helpful in supplying local information. We stayed in six different hotels on our recent holiday, this was the best of all of them.

 2011 We were very pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff who not only shuttled us from the airport, but then volunteered to drop us and return to fetch us from a ranch about 20 mins away. This allowed my wife and daughter to book a trail ride on our arrival date. The staff was extremely accomodative and helpful and we were simply blown away by their attitude and willingness to provide assistance. They saved us since we didnt have access to a rental car. They also provided excellent dinner suggestions. We really felt very well taken care of during our brief stay. It could not have been more enjoyable.

2011 Thanks for the shuttle service and for the awesome service the drivers gave us. REI recommended this hotel. It was higher than others just a bit, but the service was outstanding and the young people driving the shuttle were helpful, nice, and made our trip outstanding. Front desk stored our bags for us. We will certainly recommend to all!!!!

       2011 TripAdvisor:    We picked this place primarily because it had an airport shuttle. What made it a great place to stay  were the following points:

- Helpful and friendly staff.
- Great decor in the lobby. We actually stopped to look at the paintings and bronzes. We loved them!
- Clean and well maintained rooms with microwave and fridge.
- Great shower heads provided an invigorating shower. Nice way to start the day.
- The complimentary hot breakfast choices were very good. A very nice attendant actually came by our table offering coffee refills and cleared our dishes.

     2011 TripAdvisor:  My father and I decided to stay at the Wingate in Bozeman on our way from Chicago to Puyallup, WA. We knew that Bozeman would be the perfect place to stop but we werent sure here to stay. There were many options, but after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided that the Wingate would be our choice.
Immediately upon arriving, we were very impressed with the staffs willingness to help us out and make our stay as pleasurable as possible. We requested to have a room with a view of the foothills, our wish was their command! We also asked for their advice on where to get food and once again, they were MORE then happy to help.
Our room was VERY nice, super clean, had all the ammenities we could want and is conveniently located right off of highway 90 and many different store and resturants. We would definitley be back to stay at the Wingate should we find ourselves back in Bozeman!
-Also, make sure to tell the people at the front desk if you are military/retired military...they will give you a GREAT deal!

Room Tip: Third floor facing the front of the building has the BEST views!

05/22/10 We could not have been more pleased with our stay--we had about 10 rooms for 2-3 days for wedding guests. The staff was great and because of the wonderful breakfast room we were able to visit very easily. The breakfasts were terrific.

05/10/10 The front desk staff were as good as I have ever experienced in 40+ years of travel. Brandon, the food manager was excellent and this hotel excels in service. There is really no good reason to ever stay in any other hotel in Bozeman.

05/07/10 Very helpful and friendly front desk. The woman that prepared breakfast needs a bonus! Extremely friendly, offered to make my husband a Denver omlette because he commented how tasty it was the previous morning and it wasn't offered that morning. Felt like it was "mom" making us breakfast and asking if we wanted anything else to eat! But what impressed us and touched our hearts the most is was how kind she was to a woman who appeared to be maybe homeless or mentally handicapped and didn't ask her to leave. Also, how other hotel staff were also kind to this woman and treated her like any other guest there. LOVED the beds and pillows!! Super comfy!! Rooms are always very clean.

04/27/10  Besides being a guest I was a presenter at a conference offered in the Wingate conference facility. That, too, was a superb experience. The two staff that assisted were terrifically helpful and accomodating. The coffee and lunch were also excellent. Super experience.

04/03/10 I'd like to thank the bellhop for the ride to and from the airport. The whole staff was very courtious and helpful. The general Manager, Amanda, runs a top notch operation there. I will continue to stay there when ever I'm in Bozeman. In my opinion, it is by far. the best hotel in Bozeman.
